Thanks for using our services (“Services”). The Services are provided by COLOURWALLS.
By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Some additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services. Those Additional Terms of Services we always provides with particular digital documents like Quotation, Final Bill, Invoice etc.

  • For design painting minimum area charged will be 100 sqft.

  • Covering of furniture and other household items: We will try our best to cover as much as possible using polythene wraps or newspaper etc., however since painting job is manual work, there can still be some stains and spots. Our team will try to clean those after the job completion but we can not guarantee 100% cleanliness and no claim can be made against such issues.

  • Moving of furniture: Our team will assist you in moving the furnitures. However, since we are not professional movers & packers, we will not be liable for any damages caused during the process.

  • Painting work quality: COLOURWALLS will use the paint & colour of customer’s choice. COLOURWALLS will not be liable for the paint quality & colour effect since those will be choosen by customer. Due to certain wall conditions or seapage the colour will not come as expected, COLOURWALLS will not be responsible for those. We will try our best to fix those by may be repainting some of the areas but we can not guarrantee 100% satisfaction. If the repainting work is more than 10% of total work, customer will be liable to pay for the extra work. Repainting of any area can not be claimed by customers and COLOURWALLS reserves the rights to take any decision which includes denying any repainting work.

  • Refund: Once the job is completed, no refund can be claimed and customer will be liable to pay the full amount. In no circumstances, customer can claim refund or discount after the job completion.

  • Once the work starts and if client want to stop the work in between the advance payment will not refundable, However if there was any medical emergancy or because of any health issue client want to stop the work he/she has to inform COLOURWALLS and whenever the work has to re-start client has to inform COLOURWALLS 3 days in prior. 

  • If client stop the work for any reason and hire someone else to finish the work without informing COLOURWALLS the amount paid in any stage is not be refundable.

  • Colour sampling will be done on customers requirement, it will be charged Rs. 200/sample. Once the booking is confirmed and if client wants to change starting date of work then penalty of Rs. 1000 will be charged.

  • On last day of work completion customer can check entire work and inform if any kind of issue is there. Later COLOURWALLS won’t hold any responsibility for any defaults. Last installment must be paid on last day of work if delayed then Rs.500/day fine will be applicable.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products/services or product/service pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

  • Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
  • Warranty Includes -Any painting Peel Off, Colour Fading. Any external damage from outside is not covered in warranty. We give service warranty of one year if we have done the entire work like surface preparation by 2coat putty, 1 coat primer, then 2 coat paint. In re-painting and rental painting no warranty can be claimed. As surface preparations i e. Putty has not been done by ColourWalls
  • In Design painting we do basecoat and topcoat only, If some undulations or cracks are there in wall that doesn’t come under warranty. We do not take responsibility for any pre-preparation of surface issues like putty, primer.
  • We provide Painting Service Warranty for period of one year from the date of final work completion and completion of full payment.
  • Seapage, Cracks and Leakage issues do not covered under warranty.
  • Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  • We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Service against quote/quotes submitted will be extended to the customer only after acceptance of the quote and its terms and conditions provided, including payment milestones.
  • In case of service cancellation by the customer after acceptance of quote, but before the commencement of work as per the defined scope, refund of the amount transferred by customer against any milestone, will be processed to the same bank account of the customer, after a deduction of 5% of said amount as cancellation fee. Refund processing will be completed between 15 to 20 working days after initiation of cancellation and will depend on customer’s bank.
  • In case of changes in scope of service agreed between customer and ColourWalls, revised quotes defining the changed scope and its cost impact, will be provided to the customer by ColourWalls and service will be extended to the customer only after his/her acceptance of the revised quote, revised pricing and payment milestones. Due to any such revisions in scope of service, if cost of service extended is less than amount already paid by the customer to ColourWalls, refund of the difference in amount paid by customer and the cost of service extended on revised quote accepted by customer will be processed to the same bank account of the customer, from which transaction was done, after a deduction of 5% of said amount as cancellation fee. Refund processing will be completed between 15 to 20 working days after initiation of cancellation and will depend on customer’s bank.
  •  In case of service cancellation by the client after starting the work and later if client complete the service by hiring other vendor without consulting ColourWalls representative the advance paied in any stage is not refundable.

  • Once the work starts and if client want to stop the work in between the advance payment will not refundable, However if there was any medical emergancy or because of any health issue client want to stop the work he/she has to inform COLOURWALLS and whenever the work has to re-start client has to inform COLOURWALLS 3 days in prior. 

  • Payment terms :
    Client has to pay 60% of the total quoted price the day we starts the work/service.
    Client has to pay 30% of the total quoted price after completing of 50% work.
    Client has to clear 10% of the total quoted price same day after complition of the work/service.
